Full Day Wedding Coordination

This role will vary depending on the location and details of your wedding ceremony. 

Your coordinator is your point of contact for your entire wedding day. 

The coordinators' role is to ensure all vendors arrival on the day according to the timeframe allocated. Part of the role includes making sure all items have been set up according to the layout requested by you the client. 

One of our event coordinators will be allocated to your event for up to 8 hours of on-the day coordinating. Your coordinator will be on site to manage and communicate with venue, vendors and ensure all works within the allocated timeframe. 

Price includes a site meeting prior to event date to ensure all details are covered. 

Your coordinator, along with your wedding planner will create a run sheet to ensure all vendors are aware of their times. 

8hrs of coordinating will cover both ceremony and reception until the reception start time. 

12hrs of coordinating will mean you will have a coordinator allocated until the end of reception.
