Your wedding ceremony is one of the most important moments of your day, and our role is to ensure your ceremony space is beautifully presented, professionally prepared and ready for you and your guests.

When you book our Wedding Ceremony Service, you are not simply booking a setup and pack-down service. You are reserving the time, experience and care of our team specifically for your wedding day.

Depending on the size and requirements of your ceremony, 1–4 members of our team may be allocated to your booking, ensuring everything is handled efficiently and with attention to detail.

What Does the Service Fee Cover?

The prices listed for our Wedding Ceremony Service are service fees only and do not include hire products, florals or décor unless otherwise specified.

Your service fee covers the professional handling of your ceremony, including preparation, transportation logistics where applicable, setup, styling where booked, waiting time, supplier coordination and pack-down.

Our service fee will vary depending on:

• Ceremony location
• Wedding date
• Size and complexity of your booking
• Number of team members required
• Setup and pack-down requirements
• Time required on location
• Whether an Event Floral Stylist is required

On the Day

For a standard ceremony, our team will generally arrive approximately one hour prior to guest arrival.

A standard ceremony setup usually takes approximately 40 minutes. Larger or more detailed installations may require an additional 30 minutes or more, which will be allowed for when planning your booking.

Once your ceremony has been set up, we don’t simply leave.

Where timing allows, our team will remain until your celebrant and/or photographer arrives so that the ceremony layout can be checked and any reasonable final adjustments can be made before your guests arrive.

Our team will then leave the ceremony area for the duration of your ceremony.

Following the ceremony, we return to complete pack-down. We will not begin dismantling your ceremony while you, your guests or photographer are still making use of the space, unless we are approaching the end of the venue or council permit period.

If you would like additional time at the ceremony location for photographs or celebrations following your ceremony, please discuss this with us prior to your wedding so we can allow for this within your booking.

Setup Crew or Professional Stylist?

Not every ceremony requires an Event Stylist.

For displays that have already been designed and simply require installation, a professional Setup & Pack-Down Crew Member will be allocated to your booking.

For ceremonies requiring floral placement, styling decisions or more detailed presentation, an Event Floral Stylist will be appointed for your setup.

This allows us to provide the appropriate level of service for your ceremony while keeping your service fee fair and tailored to your requirements.

Wedding Ceremony Service Fees

Setup & Pack-Down Service — $220–$360

Suitable for smaller to standard ceremony installations that do not require an Event Floral Stylist.

Pricing varies depending on the location, booking size, access and time required.

Ceremonies requiring additional team members generally start from $400.

Wedding Ceremony Service with Event Floral Stylist — $360–$900

Recommended for larger, more detailed or floral-focused ceremony installations where professional styling and placement are required.

Final pricing will depend on the size and complexity of the ceremony, location, number of staff required and overall time allocated to your wedding.

Ceremony Site Meetings

For couples who would like us to visit their ceremony location prior to the wedding, we also offer on-site consultations from $110–$180, depending on the location.

A site meeting can be particularly helpful for larger installations or unfamiliar venues, allowing us to assess access, positioning, measurements, layout and installation requirements ahead of your wedding day.

For couples wanting additional support beyond ceremony styling, a Wedding Day Coordinator can also be allocated to your booking.

Our coordinator can assist with the smooth running of your day, allowing you and your loved ones to enjoy the celebration without worrying about the behind-the-scenes details.
