Standard Wedding Ceremony Service Fee

When you book us to provide service for your day, you are booking the time of 1-4 people depending on the size of the booking. We are allocated to you, for your day. 

Price listed does not include product, it covers the most important part of your day, service. 

Wedding Ceremony service fee will vary depending on the location, date, size of booking and the amount of time required with the items. 

General service includes us arriving approximately 1hr prior to guest arrival. A standard set up take us no longer than 40min. For larger set up we will need an extra 30min set up time. 

Once we have completed set up, we wait for either the celebrant or photographer to arrive to ensure they are happy with the overall set up. 

We leave for a short while during the ceremony. 

We return once the ceremony has been completed. We will not start pack down unless you are finished with the area or if we are getting close to permit end time. 

If you need additional time on the day, please let us know prior. 

If your display does not require a stylist, you will be allocated a set up and pack down crew member. 

If your display does require a stylist, one will be appointed for the set up. 

We also provide site meetings at your location for an additional fee. The fee can depend on the location and will vary from $80 - $160

General service fee with no stylist can vary from $220 - $360 depending on size of booking and location. Some locations will require extra staff, and fee will start from $400. 

General service fee with event floral stylist can vary from $280 - $880 depending on size of booking and location. 

We can also allocate a coordinator for the day if required. Please view details under our coordinator fee listing.
