Need help planning your event?
We can either help with every detail or assist with parts. Price provided is an estimate, for a full quote please contact us for a meeting.
Part of our planning service, we will contact a site meeting with you prior to event date.
If we are sourcing a venue for you, we will meet with you at 3 venues, plus an additional site meeting at your chosen venue prior to event date.
We will maintain regular contact with you the client, so you are always up to date.
What we can do for you.
Source and book venue
Organise permits
Communicate and organise other vendors
Source and book ceremony location, celebrant and photographer. (if applicable)
Organise designs and printables, such as welcome signs, seating charts, place cards and more.
Organise all external vendors including (not limited too) Catering, Photography, DJ, MC, Celebrants, Food Trucks, Stages, Dance Floors, Ceiling Installs, Florals and Entertainment.
What is our minimum?
For small events, we require a minimum budget of $5,000 plus our event planner fee.
For larger events, we require a minimum budget of $10,000 plus our event planner fee.

Office meetings during office hours are free.
Office meeting after hours is $66.00
Small Event 50 - 70 guests
Large Event - over 70 guests
