This role will vary depending on the location and details of your wedding ceremony.
Your coordinator is your point of contact for your wedding ceremony.
The coordinators' role is to ensure all vendors arrival on the day according to the timeframe allocated. Part of the role includes making sure all items have been set up according to the layout requested by you the client.
The coordinator can assist with guests finding their seats, handing out confetti, programs and drinks. (does not include bar service) The coordinator is also responsible for contacting vendors if there is a last-minute change in location due to poor weather.
Your coordinator will stay for the entire ceremony from set up, to pack down.
